If you are on AllProWebTools 5.1, then you can set up your Facebook connection. All the connections must be done in your AllProWebTools console, but once a contact is set up with a Facebook profile, you can contact them from the app!
As it currently stands, there is no way to change the notification sounds. (But that is a very good idea)
I see where to make the Facebook connection in the contact record but the field is grayed out. Is this feature available to everyone or is it associated with a particular add-on module?
I have app v1.0.1. When I try to load a contact, I just a spinning "loading" screen. The contact doesn't load in the app. We have LOTS of custom fields - might that be a factor?
If there is a way on the smartphone app to have the workflow timeline show headlines as a default and then allow expansion of the details when clicked on, that would be very helpful. Scrolling through long entries of emails is painful. :roll: Even if you will be eventually adding the filter option later like the desktop app has.
I updated my phone app to v1.0.6. I can now see my custom fields! Thank you!
Something weird is happening with one of the custom fields (haven't done a full study to see if others are affected). I went to Record ID 255 (the inactive record no longer appears - thanks!), scrolled to the end of our custom fields and saw that "Tax Status" says "Check" which is not one of our standard entries. I clicked on the field and got the dropdown options of "Taxable" and "Non-taxable" but when I selected "Non-taxable" I got an error saying "Whoops! Please provide a valid Dropdown value [JAB27-556]". When I look at the record on the desktop, the field correctly shows "Non-taxable".
Two suggestions:
- It would be great to be able to add a task while looking at a contact (under "Actions"?)
- The "Workflow Timeline" takes up too much room on the "Custom" screen. Is there a way to reduce it or eliminate it from that screen?

These are great suggestions! We will be looking into possibly adding these in a future update.
