Base Package

1. Admin can now delete timecard entries

1. Contracts that have been signed can now be found on the CRM record in addition to the original order

1. Tag clients by last contact date range
2. Importing contacts can now import to multiple tags
3. Importing contacts can now choose to tag or not tag duplicates
4. Importing contacts progress indicator show the number of contacts uploaded so far
5. Importing contacts if a contact was previously deleted, it will not be restored
