Removing potential clients from campaign

Post by Frederick4051 »

Hi I was trying to remove a potential client from a campaign: ([email protected]) I'm not trying to remove him totally just take him off of the email sequence, in other words he asked me to contact him in 6 months. when I went to remove him by placing his email in the top search panel nothing populated, when I put the company name in his name didn't show up. How can I fix?

Yes. I have confirmed this email address is not in your account. If they are not in your account, they will not receive any emails from you.

If you would like to add them to your account, follow this instruction:

The guy that asked to be removed keeps getting an email from allprotools sent by me.

What time should I send emails, you told me it's 24hours a day the last two days, check my timeline, I didn't get an answer until after 400 or around 400 and the question would be from the prior day.

The purpose for me asking is I'm trying to find out because I'm still working and I take a break every day at 200pm central time and I go home to take care of business on my two hr break. I normally send questions at night with the thought of having them answered first thing in the morning so I can make corrections in the morning or at the latest on my 200pm break. Please let me know your hours so I will know when I need to send questions. Thanks!
