Hello,
I have 2 suggestions for the Custom Field's Section.
1 - I'd like to have columns that allow me to organize the page better. For example, if one column I can position all the pertinent questions for the project, one column for pressing internal notes (so if the call comes in, we can pull and skim the mosts important details) One column for Customer info (i.e. best way to reach them, timeline, etc.) It's difficult trying to create those columns to flow well within the current way to create them.
2 - I would love for us to customize some of those fields to be drop downs options. Allowing for us to teach new team members our verbiage quickly and efficiently. PLUS - we could run reports based on those options' consistency.
