Edit 'Unsubscribe' message

Post by Agalassi1792 »

Hello,

Is there a way to edit the unsubscribe message that appears at the bottom of all APWT emails?

Let me know, thanks!

The standard unsubscribe message that you see at the bottom of all emails sent out from AllProWebTools was designed to be in compliance with the requirements of the United States Government as specified in the CAN SPAM Act here

The physical address information that is included is a requirement of the CAN-SPAM Act and is called from the address information that you have entered by going to "Settings" -> "Company Information" in your AllProWebTools account. Any changes that you make here will be reflected in the Unsubscribe message at the bottom of emails.

The Standard unsubscribe message can be removed entirely by adding the WebTool "B2B Email". You can learn more about this WebTool at the bottom of this page: https://www.allprowebtools.com/Email-Marketing-Tools/

NOTE: You can create additional links and/or buttons to allow unsubscribing by linking to your URL like this:

Code: Select all

http://www.example.com/u.php?email={EMAIL}
Be sure to replace the word "example" with your actuall website and also make sure to use the appropriate "http" or "https" - whichever your website uses. It is also important to ALWAYS TEST that your button works by sending yourself and email and clicking the link.

CAUTION: If you choose to use B2B Email Marketing, it is your responsibility to stay compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act and provide an unsubscribe message.

I have been using the B2B email feature with all of my clients. It has been working well.

I have been using the unsubscribe code to make my own unsubscribe button.
