Billing Name and Address in shopping cart

It's been brought to our attention from a number of customers recently that our shopping cart does not allow for a billing and shipping name and address to be input/displayed on an order in our online shopping cart.... the cart just allows one address to be displayed. More and more customers seem to be having a different billing address than their shipping or are using a card of a spouse that would have a different name than their profile and they are inquiring why our shopping cart cannot accommodate for them to input both a billing name and address and a shipping name and address? When we take phone orders the console gives us the option of selecting a "billing address" and a "shipping address" but the customer is not able to make this same selection from our online cart...they are only able to input a shipping address and input a billing zip code in the credit card information their a way we can configure our cart so a customer can do this without having to call and do a phone order? Most online shopping carts have a little check box where you can check if the billing name and address is the same as the shipping and then the billing name and address field auto fills or disappears and if the box is not checked then the customer can input the billing name and address. Just trying to see what's possible so we can cut down the inquiries on this......

All that is needed to verify a credit card charge is the credit card number and the billing zip code. Your shopping cart has been configured to speed up the checkout process and only ask for the information that is necessary to complete the transaction.

You may consider adding a message to your website notifying your customers that you have an expedited checkout process and that no billing address is necessary to complete their order.
