Here are the features:
  1. Access your Workflow Timeline.
  2. View a summary report of your business.
  3. Accessing your staff and their details
  4. Messaging your staff
  5. Messaging your partners
  6. Accessing your CRM records
  7. Saving notes on your contacts
  8. Adding new contacts
  9. Sending a text message to a contact using your Phonedotcom account number
  10. Sending a Facebook message to a contact
  11. Emailing a contact from your company address
  12. Calling a contact from your personal phone
  13. Introducing your contacts to one another
  14. Accessing your timecard for the day
  15. Removing timecard entries
  16. Clocking in and out
  17. Push Notifications for updates on your business (i.e. New Leads, Orders, etc.)
  18. Settings to determine what notifications you receive*
* This feature will be available once AllProWebTools Version 5.2 comes out

Issues (Apple XR):
No logo for App Icon
No Notification sounds or haptic feedback
Chats do not automatically update when left open (need to close in between each received message from the same person)
Cannot send emails


Update Requests:
Small number(# of new notifications) notification on app icon
Small number(# of new notifications) notification on contacts for chats
Intercompany chats
Ability to upload files to chats
Ability to copy chat messages
New notifications in Timeline highlighted or somehow signified as new notifications until seen(marked when clicked or scrolled past?)
Add and manage tags and account manager for contacts
Organize timeline by options available on desktop - users/clients/invoices/tasks
Push notifications for new orders generated, when orders are opened, and when orders are paid
Push notifications for when tasks are created and completed

Big Requests:
Ability to create and manage tasks
Ability to create and see invoices
Ability to make calls with account-level phone.com number

I'm looking forward to the new Facebook Messenger connection! That will be VERY helpful.

Is there a way to change the notification sound on my phone for the chat notification?

If you are on AllProWebTools 5.1, then you can set up your Facebook connection. All the connections must be done in your AllProWebTools console, but once a contact is set up with a Facebook profile, you can contact them from the app!

As it currently stands, there is no way to change the notification sounds. (But that is a very good idea)

I see where to make the Facebook connection in the contact record but the field is grayed out. Is this feature available to everyone or is it associated with a particular add-on module?

I have app v1.0.1. When I try to load a contact, I just a spinning "loading" screen. The contact doesn't load in the app. We have LOTS of custom fields - might that be a factor?

If there is a way on the smartphone app to have the workflow timeline show headlines as a default and then allow expansion of the details when clicked on, that would be very helpful. Scrolling through long entries of emails is painful. :roll: Even if you will be eventually adding the filter option later like the desktop app has.

I updated my phone app to v1.0.6. I can now see my custom fields! Thank you!

Something weird is happening with one of the custom fields (haven't done a full study to see if others are affected). I went to Record ID 255 (the inactive record no longer appears - thanks!), scrolled to the end of our custom fields and saw that "Tax Status" says "Check" which is not one of our standard entries. I clicked on the field and got the dropdown options of "Taxable" and "Non-taxable" but when I selected "Non-taxable" I got an error saying "Whoops! Please provide a valid Dropdown value [JAB27-556]". When I look at the record on the desktop, the field correctly shows "Non-taxable".

Two suggestions:
- It would be great to be able to add a task while looking at a contact (under "Actions"?)
- The "Workflow Timeline" takes up too much room on the "Custom" screen. Is there a way to reduce it or eliminate it from that screen?

These are great suggestions! We will be looking into possibly adding these in a future update.
