We are trying to sell products on our website through the store in AllProWebTools. However, We can not get the payment method to work. We do not use Paypal or the other two options, we use ECI. How are we able to connect our accounts to AllProWebTools in order to sell products. Currently when we test the check out method you cannot even click the checkout button.

Actually, AllProWebTools is already integrated with 3 reputable credit card processors.
  • PayPal
  • Authorize.net
  • Cayan
You can use any of these 3 options to start taking payments through your AllProWebTools ecommerce store.

We typically recommend using a Cayan account, and in fact, you can get in touch with a Cayan representative to discuss rates and setup an account by filling out this form here:

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Since we do not use any of those three, how do we get our payments set up. We would like to stay with the account we already have.

To use the integrations with AllProWebTools you will have to choose between one of these three options for your payment processing. PayPal does offer a standard account that is free to use if that interests you.

Is there a way to direct the checkout button to our Amazon account?

Hi Rosie!

You wouldn't be able to redirect a standard checkout page to Amazon, but you CAN make a new webpage and add elements such as a product picture that would link to an amazon store page, or a checkout button picture that redirects to amazon instead.

Does that help? Let me know!
