AllProWebTools Web Tools Future

I saw that AllProWebTools wasn't accepting any new clients, and the live support function is no longer available. Does AllProWebTools have plans to continue providing service? I really like the platform, but also want to make sure it will still be available moving into the future. I plan to use if for a while. It's been very successful for us.
