Email Campaigns

Email Campaign Tools allow you to create lists of contacts and send announcements, newsletters, or advertisements to the email addresses of everyone on your list.

AllProWebTools includes a powerful email marketing tool that allows you to track exactly how much revenue is generated as a result of each email campaign you send. There are several standalone services available that offer this functionality such as iContact, Aweber, and Constant Contact. The AllProWebTools Email Marketing Tools is unique in that it is tightly integrated with all of the other AllProWebTools provided from a single interface.

Email Boxes

An email box gives you an email address where people can send you emails. An example of an email box might be [email protected] or [email protected]. You can access your emails with an email client such as Microsoft Outlook, a webpage interface, or your smartphone.

You may already have an email address prior to using AllProWebTools. You may have an email address that is currently provided by GoDaddy, Hostgator, Network Solutions, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or a number of other email providers.

If you already have an email address, you can continue to use your existing email address after upgrading your website to AllProWebTools. You may be subject to monthly fees for your email box with you current provider.
You may also choose to use AllProWebTools to provide your email box. If this is the case, you may create a new email box with your AllProWebTools account, with the same name as before. For instance, if you previously had [email protected] with GoDaddy, you can create the same email address ([email protected]) with your AllProWebTools account.

A word of caution: If you leave your previous email provider, you will want to backup all of your emails from the previous provider BEFORE switching your email box to another provider. Old emails cannot be transferred from your previous email box provider to your new email box provider.

There is no monthly fee and no limit to the number of email boxes your can create with your AllProWebTools account. You can create and remove email boxes whenever you wish from the AllProWebTools console. You can also setup email addresses to forward to other email addresses.

There is no limitation on the number of emails or storage space provided for emails. All AllProWebTools email accounts are limited to an attachment size of 50MB per email. For receiving attachments larger than 50MB, we recommend using DropBox.com or an FTP server.

To make the switch just change your DNS MX setting to point to: 
mail.allprowebtools-s1.com
priority=1
If you have any other MX records - you should delete them

also, to ensure deliverabilty (so that your emails do not end up in the junk folder) you should create the following TXT record where name is either blank or your domain name and the value is:

v=spf1 mx include:mail.allprowebtools-s1.com include:amazonses.com -all

If you already have a TXT record that begins with "spf" - then contact AllProWebTools Support for assistance.

DMARC Settings:

This will be a TXT record with the name set to:

_dmarc

and the value set to:

v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; sp=quarantine; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400

 

Webmail Setttings:

Create a CNAME record in DNS like this: webmail -> apwt.allprowebtools-s1.com

 

Email Forwarding

If you currently have several email addresses, it is possible to setup a new email box with your new AllProWebTools and forward all of your old email addresses to your new email box.
