tax season

AllProWebTools can help take some of the headache out of your tax season accounting.  Make things easier for you and your accountant by generating some of your essential reports in AllProWebTools, which can then be easily downloaded in CSV form and entered into Quickbooks.

The three accounting reports offered by AllProWebTools are the A/R Aging Summary, the Sales Tax Liability Report, and the Sales Report.  This post will tell you what all those reports are, where you can find them in your console, and how you use them.  For more information on these reports, check out this YouTube tutorial.

A/R Aging Summary

What is this report?

This report gives you information about the status of unpaid NET invoices such as NET15 and NET30.  This report is only available when using the Wholesale WebTool.

Where is it in AllProWebTools?

You can access this report from the AllProWebTools dashboard.  Hover your mouse over the button marked Reports, then over Accounting, and then choose A/R Aging Summary.

How do I use it?

You’ll see a dropdown with all your net accounts.  Choose the one you’d like to search.  You’ll see all the customers that have net accounts, their totals, and a grand total at the bottom.  You can click the download button to get this information in CSV format.

Sales Tax Liability Report

What is this report?

The Sales Tax Liability Report summarizes all the sales tax you’ve collected and which you currently owe to tax agencies.  It includes total taxable sales, non-taxable sales, and the amount of sales tax you owe each tax agency.

Where is it in AllProWebTools?

You can access this report from the AllProWebTools dashboard.  Hover your mouse over the button marked Reports, then over Accounting, and then choose Sales Tax Liability.

How do I use it?

Choose a date range to access reports from that time period.  You can then download that information into CSV format.

Sales Report

What is this report?

This report shows the total sales per customer.  It includes income from all items recorded on invoices or sales receipts.

Where is it in AllProWebTools?

You can access this report from the AllProWebTools dashboard.  Hover your mouse over the button marked Reports, then over Accounting, and then choose Sales Report.

How do I use it?

This report is also displayed by date range.  You can then filter the report:

  • Retail, wholesale, or all sales and services
  • Product or service delivered in date range or paid in date range
  • Paid orders, unpaid orders, voided orders, returned orders, or preorders
  • Payment type

This report can be downloaded in CSV format to enter into Quickbooks.

Many bookkeepers create monthly "Journal Entries" into QuickBooks with the totals shown on each of these reports.  More granular business information can still be accessed from the AllProWebTools Console.

Please contact AllProWebTools if you would like any more information about these reports or how to use them.

A complete, one-button integration with Quickbooks is not currently available, but it is planned for a future version.  This will allow AllProWebTools to completely integrate with Quickbooks Online.  Click here for more information on the upcoming integration.

Disclaimer: AllProWebTools is not an accounting software, and we are not certified accountants.  Please see your tax professional with any questions.
